Role Description

Form Energy is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Equipment Maintenance team.This role reports into our Equipment Maintenance Manager.
As part of our Equipment Maintenance team, you will contribute to collaboration/partnership with our engineering and operation teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV.
Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

Manage and schedule the work of maintenance staff.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for maintenance personnel.
Assign tasks and projects based on priority and resource availability
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
Oversee corrective maintenance and repairs to ensure timely completion
Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with company policies and standards.

What you'll bring:

3-5 years of experience in A Maintenance Supervisory Role.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting Mechanical and Electrical systems
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
