Full-time Mid-Level Provider (FNP or PA) for our Peterstown, WV Health Center.
Requires WV License and Board certification or eligibility to secure Licensure. Provide primary care medical services (acute and chronic) to all age populations. If you are passionate about community healthcare and want to make a positive impact on patients' health, we are looking for you! Join our amazing healthcare team where our team members support one another and work hand in hand with support staff and administrative staff.
Great Benefits package includes competitive salary, FTCA Malpractice coverage, WV State Retirement Plan, WV PEIA Health Insurance, Disability Insurance, 11 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, (cme/sick/vacation) and CME allowance, reimbursement for State and DEA Licenses. Loan reimbursement may be available if qualified through the National Health Services Corp. Prefer 2 years of Family Practice Experience. Clinic is open Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm,
No Weekends.
On-call is on a rotation.
