Position Overview:
The Human Resources Director will oversee all aspects of HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and total rewards. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is critical in shaping and executing initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
Oversee employee relations to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Design and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Foster leadership development through training programs and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR matters, offering data-driven insights and solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
