What You'll Do as a Geriatric Support Specialist

Your responsibilities as a Geriatric Support Specialist will vary depending on each client's needs and may include:

Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure their comfort and dignity.
Daily Living Support: Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides for appointments, errands, and social activities.
Companionship and Engagement: Offering conversation, emotional support, and activities to enhance mental and emotional well-being.
Customized Care Plans: Following detailed plans of care tailored to each client's unique needs.
Professional Communication: Maintaining respectful and open communication with families and team members to ensure excellent care.

What We're Looking For

A valid driver's license and auto insurance
A clean driving record
Prior experience in geriatric care or home care is a plus, though not required-training is provided
