Be the Nurse You've Always Wanted to Be:

Support patients through managing care and treatments, leading assessments, creating individualized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
Take the time to understand each patient's unique physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate their recovery.
Build meaningful connections with patients during their stays, which typically last at least two weeks.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
CRRN certification preferred (assistance provided to obtain it, if needed).
One year or more of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
