Workers Compensation Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the region's sales efforts to achieve and exceed premium goals profitably.
• Develop and maintain a strong producer management process that prioritizes customer focus.
• Monitor the market for new products and process improvements.
• Contribute to training and educational programs that enhance efficiency and sales results.
• Conduct regular agency calls to boost production and keep agents informed about our offerings.
• Scout quality new agency appointments and strategically discontinue partnerships that aren't aligned with company goals.
• Act as a facilitator and trainer, resolving issues and maintaining agency communication.
• Perform scheduled agency audits to ensure compliance and recommend improvements based on findings.
• Prepare monthly reports to identify key trends and producer performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation and customer communication channels.
• Travel as required to represent the company across various regions.
• Other duties as assigned to support overall company success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of five years of insurance or sales experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of workers' compensation rating protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success.
• Capable of building effective relationships across all personnel levels and representing our company professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred: Proven track record of successful sales in the workers' compensation or insurance industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $71,000 - $100,000 plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
