Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Home Health in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our field team!
Hours: Full Time or .8 FTE, 64 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift between 8am - 5pm
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan PT licensure required.
Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
Possesses and maintains a valid Driver's License required.
Possesses automobile liability insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
