Requirements:

WI license
Minimum 2+ years experience firm on this
Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU experience
Ventilator/Trach experience
At least 1 prior travel experience
BLS
ACLS
ICU experience preferred
Trauma Level II preferred
Epic Charting experience preferred

Other details:

Float : all inpatient units, as needed. Typically will float to higher acuity units
Unit Information: 36 beds. Med Surg Intermediate Care unit. Heavy Tele. Stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury and Stroke. Primary Patients/Insulin Drips
Patient Ratio: 4:1
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs
Must be outside a 50 mile radius
