About the Role We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Wausau, Wisconsin.
This is a travel nursing opportunity that offers flexibility and variety.
Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
With a focus on teamwork and communication, this nurse will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities Assess patients before and after surgery to identify any potential complications
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the anesthesiologist or surgeon
Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
Requirements A valid WI State or Compact Registered Nurse License (if applicable)
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Additional certifications may be required
What We Offer Competitive pay rates up to $2,545 per week, tax-free stipend amount to be determined, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week
