The purpose of the Purchasing and Fulfillment Analyst is to gather and synthesize data about our Warehouses in a manner which allows the company to make critical decisions. Responsibilities include:
Update and analyze shipment/invoicing sheet
Constant communication with Purchasing team regarding order shipments
Assist in ad-hoc projects/reports
Ship orders from headquarters to branch warehouses
Track orders from distribution chain to branch warehouses
Creating/placing orders and fulfilling warehouses order requests
Work with Purchasing team to create/implement new processes
Constant communication with branch managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School or Equivalent. Some college required (concurrent students OK)
Ability to learn and navigate multiple software user interfaces
Positive, energetic personality who desires a fast paced, high growth environment
Ability to self-manage their time and prioritize many projects at once
Excellent communicator with a positive and sympathetic attitude
Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PPT and Google Sheets
Capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 30-lbs
