We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Marquardt in Watertown, WI.
The successful candidate will have at least 16 years of age and an active license as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the State of WI.
Key responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with residents, promoting a positive image of the entity, and adhering to resident rights agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a calm and composed attitude, use proper body mechanics, and maintain confidentiality.
