As an Automotive Body Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition with precision and care. Your ability to assess vehicle damage and execute high-quality repairs will directly contribute to our goal of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
Review and plan necessary repairs; prepare accurate cost estimates for customers.
Utilize tools such as cutting guns and hydraulic jacks to effectively repair vehicle damage.
Conduct structural repairs by realigning chassis and frames.
Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts as required.
Repair or replace glass, windshields, and interior components.
Weld and fit parts; prepare and repaint vehicles with precision.
Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and verify repairs through thorough inspections.
Assist with additional related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to interpret job orders and work independently.
Collaborate effectively with other repair technicians in the shop.
Deep understanding of vehicle body repair methods and procedures.
Proficient in using various tools required for the trade.

Other Requirements

Ability to work safely in a noisy environment with various odors.
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
Skilled in visual inspections under various weather conditions.
Comfortable performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and stretching.

Compensation Details:
Pay: $60,000 - $150,000
