Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to leverage their project management skills ensuring timely and successful delivery to meet clients' needs.
This role involves managing quotations, processing orders, and providing comprehensive pre- and post-sale support, while handling a high volume of complex transactions and contractual commitments within assigned territories.
Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and engage directly with clients, as well as work with internal cross-functional teams.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build professional relationships, and strong critical thinking capabilities to navigate risks and situational challenges effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interface with clients and various internal teams to help build and maintain client relationships and clients' perception of X-ES.
This position also holds the responsibility of ensuring clients are kept up-to-date on pertinent information in regards to company policies and product status.
