About this job.

Nosco is looking for an Ink Technician (Offset and Flexo) on second shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.

As an employee owner in this position, you will provide support to the production area by ordering, mixing, staging and keeping inventory on value stream inks. This role ensures effective manufacturing support by keeping all ink organized and staged for production.

In this role, you will.

  • Achieve the highest level of effectiveness through maintaining production materials at the Assets.
  • Provide support with assigned tasks and perform tasks unsupervised as to increase overall productivity.
  • Continue to complete ancillary equipment training and further knowledge base through initiative and good constructive behavior.
  • Participates in good communication with shift production lead. Follows direction for task assignments and remains attentive to changing requirements in a highly productive environment.
Success factors.
  • Experience with basic cGMP and documentation in a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Flexibility to work on any shift and overtime when needed, sometimes on short notice
  • Commit to good attendance and function with good, team-building behavior while operating within Nosco's policies and procedures
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity for computer work; long periods of concentration; speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
