Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage and maintain content for multiple websites utilizing various content management systems.

Conduct user acceptance testing for new web developments to ensure quality and functionality.

Collaborate with business owners, UX, and web developers to create and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Optimize and manage organic SEO content for web, video, and social media.

Stay up to date on AI and LLMs, applying insights to improve SEO and overall web performance.

Monitor and analyze SEO metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize overall effectiveness.

Create personalized content experiences, delivering targeted messaging to diverse audience segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree marketing, digital media, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role.
Proficient in content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
Experience with personalization platforms like Acquia and A/B testing tools such as VWO is a plus.
Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for content implementation and customization.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with optimizing web content for search engines.
Ability to analyze web metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
A passion for learning and staying current with digital marketing trends.
