Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and passionate Nurse Practitioner with a focus on performing medical procedures. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a mobile setting, visiting patients in the comfort of their homes. We offer comprehensive training in all aspects of wound care, ensuring our team is equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to patients' homes as part of a mobile practice.
Perform bedside wound care procedures and position patients optimally for treatment.
Conduct a variety of medical procedures independently, including wound care practices, biopsies, debridement, and suturing.
Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow clinical practice guidelines.
Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and other healthcare providers.
Stay updated on advancements in medical technology, procedures, and treatments.
Utilize astute clinical judgment and decisive decision-making for patient care.
Navigate complex patient scenarios using your clinical expertise to achieve optimal care outcomes.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the relevant state.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Desire to thrive in a procedural-heavy environment.
New graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
Expertise in wound care management, including assessment and ongoing monitoring.
Proficiency in using scalpels and performing various medical procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to pursue continuous education and skill enhancement.

Job Type:

Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (flexibility as needed).
40 hours per week.

Work Setting: In-person, mobile.
