As Global Sourcing Manager, youll develop long-term supplier relationships while optimizing Ulines international supply chain as our North American footprint expands. Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers in managing overseas vendor relationships and negotiations for Uline product lines.
Research and source new products from overseas manufacturers.
Plan and direct overseas travel and factory visits with Product Management leadership.
Develop a strong understanding of overseas regulations, EPA, labor laws and currencies.
Work with internal departments such as Logistics, Purchasing, Product Management and Distribution to drive international operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree.
5+ years of experience directly sourcing products from overseas factories.
100% fluent in both English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
Knowledge of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures and business practices.
Available for overseas travel 15% of the year.
