We are excited to invite a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Personic Health, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional mobile wound care services. Comprehensive training is provided for all wound care services, ensuring you are well-equipped to deliver top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to patients' homes as part of a mobile practice.
Perform bedside wound care procedures and position patients for optimal treatment.
Independently conduct a variety of medical procedures, including wound care practices, biopsies, debridement, suturing, and injections.
Assess, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate electronic health records and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing staff and healthcare providers.
Stay updated on the latest medical technology and procedures.
Utilize strong clinical judgment in assessing patient conditions and implementing effective interventions.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of vacancy.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
A strong desire to excel in a procedure-focused environment.
New graduates with relevant training and clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated expertise in wound care management and medical procedures.
Proficient in using scalpels and performing various medical procedures confidently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.
Strong critical thinking abilities and commitment to patient-centered care.
Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training.

Job Type:

Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (flexibility required).
40 hours per week with a 5x8 weekly schedule.

Work Setting: In-person, on the road.
