We are looking for top-tier skills and experience in our remote-work environment and that's because we offer top-tier compensation and benefits, which include:

• Annual compensation between $60,000 - $92,000, PLUS a quarterly performance-based, discretionary incentive. Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

• Consultation Expertise:
  Provide consultation, training of, and assistance to USPS and union leadership and actively promote the EAP program and services.
• Behavioral Health Clinical Expertise:
  Provide counseling and coaching through one-on-one interactions, either in-person or telephonically, and provide critical incident response and psychological first aid for events that impact the workforce.
• Manage calls:
  Provide telephonic consultation, triage and referrals to callers through the virtual call center/Service Center.
• Continuous Learning:
  Participate in on-going continuing education as required to maintain required clinical licensure and certifications and special committees or projects.

• Required Qualifications
• This position is a federally contracted position with the United States Postal Service. which has specific requirements for all candidates which include:
  
• The ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen prior to their date of hire.
• The ability to undergo a Public Trust background investigation and receive a favorable adjudication.
• US Citizenship for at least 5 years.
• Reliable transportation, an active driver's license, and auto insurable. A motor vehicle record (MVR) will be requested.
• Master's and/or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the corresponding professional association(s) in a clinical mental health field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience after receiving a graduate degree.
• A current state license or state certification to practice as a mental health practitioner (e. g. , social worker, clinical psychologist, marriage and family counselor and professional counselor) in the state(s) where practice takes place. If such licensure/certification is not available in that state, the individual will hold appropriate certification from a recognized national certification organization or board.

• Strong computer and keyboarding skills (Microsoft Outlook and Word), including the ability to document while simultaneously while taking information over the phone

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a hybrid environment that is fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative, and team-oriented with other remote team members and supervisor
• Work-from-Home and Hybrid Requirements and Working Conditions:
  
• High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
• No satellite services (e. g. , HughesNet and Starlink).
• The company will provide equipment; you must have an Ethernet cord to connect to the modem.
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for member calls.
• Understanding the importance of protecting health information and ensuring data/information is not visible to others.
• Work is performed from home or designated worksite with company-provided equipment. Employees in this position are expected to sit for long periods of time, be able to use fingers and hands for typing, and drive and/or have reliable transportation.
