Shift: Variable D/E/N, 8's and 12's, 36/40 hrs per week, EOW, holidays

Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:

WI license
Minimum 2+ years previous experience
Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting
Strong medication administration skills
AHA BLS
Charting Experience: ECS - not required, will train

Other Details:

Unit Specific Skillset: Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting. Strong medication administration skills. 2 Units: Unit 1 is 12 beds for short term residents (average census is 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents. Unit 2 is LTC with 20 beds. 3 aides and 2 nurses per shift (day and PM shift)
Scrubs: Any scrubs
Must live outside 50 miles from facility
Float Requirements: Short term, Long term, and CBRF Unit
