What We Are Seeking:

Qualifications:
Hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with an active and unrestricted Wisconsin dental license.
Commitment to Patient Care:
Passionately deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while fostering trust and comfort.
Dedication to Continuous Learning:
Show a strong desire to expand your clinical skills in response to the evolving needs of patients.
Insurance Credentialing:
Willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans, allowing for comprehensive patient coverage.
Physical Requirements:

Essential Duties:
Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and Standing:
Expect to adapt to prolonged periods of sitting and standing in a dynamic dental practice.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as necessary to meet job demands.
Training Availability:
Must be available to attend periodic virtual and in-person training sessions throughout the year.
TB Testing:
A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions as part of our commitment to health and safety. Arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process.
