Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering outpatient clinic in Madison, Wisconsin. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

$2,040 - $2,230 per week*
13-week contract with possibility of extension
Outpatient Clinic setting
Physical Therapists will provide PT treatment and patient care according to clinic guidelines.

Requirements:

Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin
Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
At least 1 year of recent outpatient experience
