Position Title: Program Assistant II
Location: Madison, WI 53703
Duration: Indefinite
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday, no weekends, special events, or state holidays
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
The position will be working within the Division's Administrative services' unit, performing open records responsibilities.
This includes, locating Division records, scanning, uploading, redacting, and issuing open records requests.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
Candidate must be able to work with a team of staff located statewide to locate records in a timely manner; complete assigned work within defined timelines.
Computer experience is preferred.
Parking is not provided with the position. There are several areas (ramps, street parking) located in the area.
