Position Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing support for the day-to-day efforts of marketing, sales, and product team initiatives.
The individual must be a motivated self-starter, capable of creating and executing graphic design and creative projects in a fast-paced environment to help drive the Striker brand.
This individual will work closely with and report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

Design and update digital assets to be used for website, e-commerce listings, email marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns, and more.
Design and layout engaging and attractive print assets for internal sales and marketing purposes such as dealer workbooks, one-sheeters, consumer catalogs, etc.
Interface with the product development team and execute development of product hangtags, packaging, woven labels, product mockups, and more.
Develop co-branded print and digital advertising creative to support company retailers and vendor partners.
Retouch, develop, and organize a library of lifestyle photography.
Distribute photography to retail, promotional, and vendor partners upon request.
Work with the marketing team to produce attractive free-standing signage and booth creative for trade show and retail event environments.
Refine and perfect the Striker brand, establishing and enforcing brand standards to ensure accurate and consistent branding across all teams, channels, and material.
Juggle a mix of long-term and quick-turnaround projects, often with overlapping priorities and urgency.
Work independently, as well collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge of digital imaging techniques and product photography, ensuring high-quality visuals for marketing and branding needs.
Experience with DSLR cameras, including shooting products for web use and capturing lifestyle imagery as needed to showcase brand identity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
2-3 years of general design experience required.
Proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a plus.
Understanding of design principles in both print and digital formats.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong time management skills.
Strong interpersonal communications and demonstrated ability to work as a team to achieve goals.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce (Shopify), web design, and UI/UX best practices is a plus.
Understanding of basic marketing and advertising principles is a plus.
Knowledge of the outdoors and fishing industry and a passion for all things fishing is a plus.
