Hire, train, evaluate performance, and provide guidance and support to Star Club Representatives.
Oversee daily operations of the Star Club to ensure efficient functioning.
Manage member enrollment at the club and on the gaming floor, ensuring accurate data entry.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members regarding program updates, promotions, and benefits of the Player Rewards Club.
Lead the Star Club team in executing promotions, special events, and the bus/charter group program to enhance guest experiences.
Provide exceptional guest service to loyalty program members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Coordinate with bus/charter vendors and internal departments to develop and maintain bus schedules, ensuring efficient program operations.
Assign Star Club Representatives to manage the bus program, including greeting, enrolling, and redeeming offers for bus guests.
Track, analyze, and generate reports related to the bus program for performance evaluation.
Adhere to all established rules, regulations, procedures, and policies of North Star Mohican Casino Resort and the Marketing Department.
Comply with the Casino's Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy during employment.
Maintain compliance with all workplace policies, procedures, ordinances, laws, and other communicated expectations, including but not limited to the Employment Manual, Gaming Ordinance, State Gaming Compact, Tribal Internal Controls, and departmental procedures.

Duties may change based on organizational needs or at the discretion of the department manager.

Qualifications & Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a casino setting, preferably within Player Rewards Club, guest service, or executing casino promotions and special events.
Experience and able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and personal computers, with strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent communication and customer relations abilities.
Experience with casino management systems is a plus.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Mohican Nation Gaming License, including passing a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB) and pre-employment screenings.
Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Work Conditions:

Frequent walking, sitting, and use of hands; occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception required; frequent hand movements necessary.
Work is performed in an office or casino setting with moderate to high noise levels.
The environment is non-smoking and dust-free.
