Qualifications:

Degree Requirements:
DDS or DMD degree and an active, unrestricted Wisconsin dental license.
Patient Care Commitment:
A passion for delivering compassionate, comprehensive care while building trust with patients.
Continuous Learning:
A strong desire for personal and professional growth through ongoing education and skill advancement.
Insurance Credentialing:
Willingness and ability to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
Physical Requirements:

Job Duties:
Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and Standing:
Willingness to adapt to long durations of sitting and standing as required by the dental practice.
Physical Endurance:
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as necessary.
Training Availability:
Must be available for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
TB Testing:
Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test is required prior to commencing employment.
