4 patient ratio- IMCU LEVEL RNs for this PCU ONLYSpecial Procedures/Unit Details:
• MUST BE IMU Level RNs for this PCU.- Pre/Post cardiac cath- Bipap- Breathing Treatments- CPAP/BiPap- Cardioversion / Defibrillation- Cooling / Warming Blanket- Obtain 12 Lead EKG- Drains- Epidural Pumps, Feeding Tubes, Fistula, PCA Pumps- PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter, Wound Vac- Amiodarone, Antiarrhythmics, Anti seizureSpecial Equipment:

Tier3 Travel ComplianceAll candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.
No exceptions.Floating:
All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed.
The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff.
All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less.
In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they re floated to.
Traveler s refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
