What We Offer

Competitive salary of $38.53-$47.20/hour based on experience, with opportunities for higher compensation for highly experienced candidates.
Generous relocation assistance of up to $10,000 for candidates moving more than 50 miles.
Sign-on bonus of $5,000 plus an additional $2,000 bonus after 12 months of service.
Supplemental pay for bilingual skills.

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide comprehensive patient care during visits, including discussion of complaints, obtaining vital signs, and documenting health information in the EMR system.
Conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and coordinate follow-up care.
Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, educate patients about procedures and medications, including IV starts when ordered.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and educate patients about medications and side effects.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
Current RN license in Washington State (or in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state with specific requirements).
Must obtain WA RN license within 6 months of hire if relocating.
BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire; ACLS & PALS preferred.

Skills:

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
Preferred training in Early Periodic Screening & Development Testing and Women's Health Exams.
Proficient in professional nursing practices, medication use, and patient interaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle interruptions effectively.
Familiarity with basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, and EMR software.
