We are passionate about our customers, and we are looking for individuals who feel the same way! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the support coordinator for our enterprise customers: resolving problems, managing customer processes, and addressing any customer concerns.

Schedule and Pay:

You will be working weekdays 7:00am - 4:00pm, in-person at our Fife, WA headquarters. Salary starts at $36,000/year. When your 3-month probation is over, you will receive a $150/month commuter bonus and $100/month fitness fund to be used for fitness activities.

What You'll Do:

Represent Continuant by providing exceptional support and experiences for our customers.
Respond to a variety of customer inquiries and offer solutions.
Smoothly navigate internal processes: accurately documenting, leveraging technical resources, partnering with internal and external service teams, and resolving new problems daily.
Communicate with customers over the phone and in written form.
Partner with, support, and learn from our service delivery professionals.
