Test Manager (Onsite)
Location: Seattle, WA
Required Qualifications:

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in test automation with XCode with a minimum of 5 years experience in software development
Excellent communication in English is required in both spoken and written form.
Roles/Responsibilities:

As part of the team/project, you will start working in a very exciting project in the technology industry worldwide in testing activities which involves artificial intelligence and wearables.
Leading the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing all technical mentorship to the team and alignment with client collaborators and Operations Manager.
Solid understanding of the testing concepts including setting up test strategy and planning.
Responsible for following standard methodologies, coding guidelines, and quality processes.
Understanding of Python, Swift, or Objective C GitHub knowledge.
Experienced user of mobile, wearables, and home technologies.
Knowledge of agile delivery and contribution to hands-on activities.
Responsible for training new hires on test process fundamentals, product features, and business etiquette.
Good presentation skills and strong ability to provide clear guidelines to new Contractors.
Should be self-starting, proactive problem solver.
Work Authorization:
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
