Seattle, WA.
Hybrid Remote.
3 days/week.

3 months contract-to-hire

Position Summary
Join a key enterprise team that drives critical initiatives aligned with strategic priorities, focusing on program management, change management, and business process optimization.
In this role, you will lead high-impact programs that drive transformation and operational excellence across the organization.
You'll be responsible for shaping, developing, and executing large-scale initiatives across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in program and project management, with a proven ability to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure that initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with overall business objectives.
Design, build and maintain an overall program execution plan and roadmap to support and implement activities related to people, process, and technology that span across multiple business functions.
Identify workstreams and monitor the execution of the program per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget.
Establish team structure for each workstream, providing direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall program.
Create and monitor measures of success / KPIs for the program
Partner with Change Management to identify a change management strategy and plan to ensure business readiness, engagement, and adoption.
Establish governance structure, handling any issues and proactively mitigating risks.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various business units and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions, course-correcting as needed.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program status, milestones, and key performance metrics.
Establish program rhythm of business - including communications, status reports, and readouts to stakeholders and leadership.
Design and develop executive-level presentations as needed.
Bring an outstanding blend of business and technical acumen.
Ensure the use of program management best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project execution efficiency and effectiveness.

Estimated compensation for this role varies and the estimated rate ranges from $60.00 to $75.00 per hour.
