Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operational and office functions, managing projects and timelines, and leading the team to our organizational goals. As part of the leadership team at With a Little Help, the operations manager will work closely with executives to help improve and streamline office operations.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who can efficiently manage operations, ensuring a supportive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate the vision of the business owners into day-to-day office tasks.

• • Office Team Leadership, Lead operational projects. Make suggestions towards the implementation of a positive work culture.

• • A member of With a Little Help's leadership team

• Project Management' in:

• Staff ManagementOversees office staff, including the Recruiting/HR Coordinator, remote schedulers, and on-call caregivers. Manage recruitment, HR and scheduling to ensure proper staffing and smooth operations.

• • Coordinate with Client Services to provide supportive recruitment goals to the Recruiting/HR coordinator

• • Communicate with remote schedulers on operational goals

• • Engage with on-call caregivers and provide updates to tasks and daily to weekly forecasted schedules

• • Manage office staffs time off requests

• Office Operations Ensure that the office is properly staffed, organized, and operational.

• • Ensure smooth opening and closing of office building during operational hours

• • Lead/coordinate daily standup meetings

• • Maintain office supplies, decorate, and maintain an organized schedule of business chores

• Business Office Management Develop and implement office procedures and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

• • Prepare payroll and invoicing for Director of Finance to approve

• • Oversee Office IT

• KPI Tracking & Reporting
