Our client is seeking a Construction Project Cost Analyst.Location:
Hybrid. Candidate must be local and able to come onsite
Length of Assignment:
12 month contract

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Cost Analyst to join our client's team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and analyzing project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, and collaborating with project managers to keep financial aspects of construction projects on track.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, including the ability to manage budgets with contingencies.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets and financial models.
Comfortable working with multiple projects and balancing competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
Ability to ask challenging questions and provide constructive feedback regarding financial data and project costs.
Proficiency in financial software and tools commonly used in construction cost management.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
Experience working directly on construction projects.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial modeling tools.

Estimated Compensation:
