Our client is seeking a UKG Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team, with a focus on supporting timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes within UKG and Workday systems.

Summary:
The ideal candidate will work closely with payroll departments, ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary adjustments or configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support: Provide hands-on support to the payroll department, ensuring seamless integration between UKG and Workday systems.
Timekeeping and Scheduling: Manage timekeeping and scheduling functionalities in UKG, including setting up and maintaining work schedule templates for various events and employees.
Troubleshooting and Configuration: Address and resolve system-related issues raised by users. Perform system configuration adjustments and ensure optimal performance.
Collaboration with Users: Act as the primary point of contact for UKG users. Assist them in handling complex issues or concerns related to timekeeping, scheduling, or payroll processing.
UKG-Workday Integration: Ensure that payroll data flows correctly from UKG to Workday, with minimal errors or disruptions.
Event-Based Scheduling: Support scheduling needs for upcoming events that require new or adjusted work schedules.
System Maintenance: Perform regular system checks and updates, ensuring no major issues arise toward the end of the operational season.
Requirements:
Strong experience with UKG (formerly Kronos) systems, specifically in timekeeping and scheduling modules.
Workday experience is highly desirable, especially in payroll processing and integration.
Experience in building and configuring templates for work schedules.
Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with end-users to resolve concerns.
Experience in managing payroll system configurations and supporting HR/payroll departments.
Preferred Skills:
Workday payroll experience is a significant plus.
Familiarity with seasonal scheduling needs and event-based schedule configurations.
Ability to work independently while supporting a larger team with their system requirements.
