Description Under the direction of the Unit Manager, supervises the day to day activities of the Unit; Serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients and their families to facilitate safe and effective flow of patient care in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center; and assists in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff, as well as perform related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher, or in progress.
If Bachelor's in Nursing or higher is in progress, must be completed within 3 years from date of hire.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 2 years of recent nursing experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
2 years of recent nursing experience in related clinical setting.
Healthcare leadership and/or supervisory experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
