.Net Fullstack Developer Lead- Redmond, WA(Onsite)
Summary: The client is seeking a highly experienced technical leader with deep expertise in .NET, Azure cloud technologies, and API integration , who can drive team productivity , perform quality assurance , and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex, Azure-based projects successfully.
Technical Leadership and Mentorship :
Act as a senior resource who can guide and support team members, especially when they encounter technical challenges or blockers.
Provide technical guidance, enhance team productivity, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Hands-On Development Skills :
Strong expertise in Core .NET, C#, .NET Core with API integration skills.
Experience in developing web applications that can be deployed and hosted on Azure App Services .
Solid skills in ReactJS and JavaScript (and TypeScript if possible), especially for front-end development.
Ability to implement and use various Azure services , such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Grid.
Deployment and Integration with Azure :
Hands-on experience with Azure Pipelines for deployment and CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of Azure-based tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF) Pipelines, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake , and familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (nice-to-have).
Quality Assurance and Code Review :
Conduct thorough code reviews and oversee quality assurance.
Optimize code for performance and ensure that best practices are implemented for successful delivery of projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Engage with stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Participate in technical discussions and reviews as a consultant, ensuring that the team selects appropriate technical solutions and architecture.
Process Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure that all processes are followed within the assigned module, contribute to feasibility studies, and identify technical risks and alternatives.
Prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed and minimize project risks.
