The DE&E Technology Productivity Engineering team is seeking a Quality Assurance Software Engineer who is passionate about using software engineering to build quality into applications.
In this role, you will contribute to the successful implementation of solutions for complex technical problems with engineering teams, develop and support test automation frameworks, and work with product and development teams to implement full stack quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of progressive experience in software development, proficiency in object-oriented design and expertise with Python, as well as experience with test automation and unit testing frameworks.
Join us in creating innovative tools and continuously improving software applications for leading streaming services such as Disney and ESPN.
Contribute to the successful implementation of solutions for complex technical problems with engineering teams Develop and support test automation frameworks, execution environments, build systems, and reporting tools Investigate and resolve any framework, tool, or execution environmental issues affecting our services Work with product and development teams to implement a full stack quality solution Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5 years of progressive experience in software development Proficient in object-oriented design and expertise with Python Experience with test automation and unit testing frameworks Excellent problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated, self-starting individual
