SUMMARY:

The ERP Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This role ensures data integrity, supports business operations, and contributes to the efficiency of various departments by providing reliable and up-to-date information.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, data management skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Reports to the Senior Contracts Manager.

• WHAT YOU WILL DO Enter, update, and maintain data within the ERP system, including purchase orders, customer information, supplier details, and contractual related data.
Verify the accuracy of data and perform quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness before and after entry.
Generate reports from the ERP system and assist in data analysis to support business operations.
Maintain organized records of data entries and updates, ensuring they are easy to retrieve and comply with company policies.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Production) to ensure smooth data flow and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with system updates, data migrations, and audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across the ERP system.
Identify and report any ERP system errors or inconsistencies to the IT team or system administrators for resolution.
Suggest improvements to data entry processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must be a U.S.
Citizen
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
>2 years in office admin or data entry experience, MS Office proficiency
Previous ERP system experience; EPICOR preferred
Proven ability to problem solve and work independently
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
