Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Location:Mukilteo, WA

Our dedicated team is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive dental services to our patients. Currently, we have one full-time hygienist and are seeking a part-time hygienist with the potential for a full-time position in the future.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a patient-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care. Responsibilities include performing general dental hygiene duties such as X-rays, probing, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), oral hygiene instruction, operatory turnover, and instrument sterilization.
Responsibilities:
Perform dental prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures.
Take digital X-rays and conduct periodontal probing.
Provide oral hygiene instructions and education to patients.
Assist with operatory turnover and maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
Active license to practice dental hygiene in the state of Washington.
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
