Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Bellevue, WA.

Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scopeAssist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patients care planDocument assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient recordCoordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plansConduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screeningDemonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing FacilityLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:
