WHO YOU ARE:
A WA state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record of great outcomes and a willingness to learn and grow as a therapist.
An experienced clinician with a passion for treatment in the fields of outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation or any other relevant outpatient physical therapy services.
We want to help create your ideal patient case load.
A passionate therapist looking to connect with your community, create a unique and innovative patient experience and establish meaningful connections A natural leader with the ability to lead by example and help build up the team of therapists and support staff around you.
A therapist capable of building strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy Ability to utilize new technology and software changes in the industry to enhance the client's engagement and increase efficiencyPAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION:
Base salary:
$78,000-$93,000 depending on experience Additional earning potential:
Shared reward intelligent compensation program in which therapists can select a percentage of their base salary and percentage of pay based on performance.
Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn well over 100K with base salary + performance pay.
