Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Lacey, WA. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with staff to support students' academic success and mental well-being. If you are passionate about working in a school setting and supporting students with their emotional and behavioral needs, this position offers a fulfilling opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Provide individual and group counseling services to support students' emotional and mental health.
Work closely with educators and parents to develop and implement support strategies and interventions.
Contribute to the development of IEPs and Section 504 plans for students in need of additional support.
Provide crisis intervention services to support students in distress.
Participate in school meetings, IEP meetings, and other relevant team meetings.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment for all students.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (required).
Washington State Certification as a School Psychologist (required).
Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
Strong understanding of psychological assessments, interventions, and educational support strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting students' success.
