The Walk-In Clinic ARNP provider initiates the patient care cycle by providing primary care to Coulee Medical Center patients.
This position fulfills a vital role in the community by providing comprehensive health care to all ages.
The Walk-In Clinic ARNP acts as the hub of the patient care team diagnosing and treating illness, providing routine examinations and referring to specialty services.
This position possesses the requisite skills and abilities to work quickly and efficiently in a sometimes-stressful environment while balancing and addressing patient concerns; acting as a patient advocate explaining procedures and relaying expectations while gathering pertinent information to determine appropriate care.
Concurrently, this position works as an advocate for quality and patient safety by thoroughly documenting the patient visit in a manner consistent with current standards of care.
The Walk-In Clinic ARNP is expected to keep abreast of new developments in their field.
This position also acts in a leadership role providing medical direction to clinic staff (RNs, LPNs, MA-Cs, MA-Rs and non-licensed personnel) and recognizes their role in the patient care cycle by participating as a member of the interdisciplinary team with the ultimate goal of meeting the patients physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a dignified manner.
As part of a critical access hospital and rural health clinic, this position operates as support for the Emergency Department and Hospital.
The Walk-In Clinic ARNP supports the organization by being an active member of the medical team, and carries out these duties in a manner consistent with the mission and vision of Coulee Medical Center.

Qualifications:
ARNP; Current license to practice medicine issued by the state of Washington; Certifications as outlined in the Medical Staff By-laws.
Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.

Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.
to 6 p.m.

Services include routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, screening tests, and personal guidance to help you lead a healthier life.
Specialized physician care is also available for orthopedics, ob-gyn and cardiac-related conditions.
