At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches! We help parents discover their childs superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident in making friends, running the playground, and raising their hands high in the classroom. KidStrong Member Relations Specialists are the first impression at KidStrong helping the KidStrong team lead the way and serving as an incredible liaison with families. The Member Services Specialist's time is spent supporting the Program Director and Coaches in center operations including interacting with families, addressing members needs such as schedule changes, new member trials and so much more. Typical schedule includes 3-4 weekday and 1 weekend shifts with specific hours being dependent on the needs of the center. This role is critical in assisting the Center Director with member needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the why behind the KidStrong curriculum and be able to clearly and concisely communicate it with members.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk while assisting members with scheduling needs, program questions, and new member trial class followup.
• Create positive interactions with students and families before, during, and after class.
• Maintain dynamic, fun, motivational. and professional demeanor
• Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers.
• Complete trainings throughLearnUpon as required by the Program Director and/or HQ Training and Certification team.
• Attend additional mandatory staff meetings as required by the Program Director.
• Manage KidStrong New Member and Camp enrollments held by centers when local schools are not operating (example: Winter Break, Summer Break)
  
  

• Provide support and be available for team during classes
• Assist Center Director with daily member needs
• Connect with families of the center and find ways to proactively keep them engaged with KidStrong. Foster the mentality that we dont want Families to Leave KidStrong, doing all you can to retain Families.
  
  

• Be the go to for all member needs when the Program Director is not at the center.
• Demonstrate understanding of driving overall center performance and support Program Directors plans to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families to align with our core values (Families do not leave KidStrong).
• Assist in the execution of community events as necessary.
• Support the Program Director and center level initiatives i. e. center maintenance, trainings, brand consistency etc.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Partner with your Program Director on needs, KPIs, class ratings, and overall center performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to families and handle their needs when in center.
• Typical schedule includes 3-4 weekday and 1 weekend shifts with specific hours being dependent on the needs of the center.
  
  

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding variety of topics
• Previous experience in management is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in public speaking
• CPR certified
• Self-starter who just gets the job done
