Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative with Trucordia, you will perform many diverse responsibilities which ultimately help us succeed in providing extraordinary customer service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in the insurance industry and supporting our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide quotes for commercial lines in addition to surplus lines quoting.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process both new business and renewals for customers.
• Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
• Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Valid Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Broad knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance. Experience in delivering client focused solutions based.
