We are seeking a Project Manager - Procore to manage the day-to-day functionality and tasks related to the Procore platform, including monitoring permission templates, ensuring proper system functionality, downloading reports, and engaging in utilization discussions with functional SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the successful use of Procore and related project management tools across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support Procore permission templates, ensuring functionality and compliance with project requirements.
Participate in discussions with subject matter experts to optimize Procore utilization.
Handle day-to-day tasks within Procore, including reporting, troubleshooting, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using Microsoft Project.
Work closely with contractors or specialty contractors to manage financial aspects of projects.
Analyze project data and provide insights for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and familiarity with financial project management for contractors or specialty contractors.
Strong analytical skills with experience pulling data from Excel and other databases.
High-quality verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and handle ambiguity in a new and evolving role.
Integrity and professionalism in interactions with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

Experience using Procore is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with financial project management and analytics is a must.

Pay Range:
$70,000 - $100,000 per year plus bonus, based on experience.

This position is open to working out of any of Raymond West's 21 West Coast locations. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
