Your New Role:

• Position: Outpatient Primary Care Provider

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 10-hour shifts; Clinic open 1 Saturday per month; Call rotation

• Experience: Primary care with a focus on chronic illness management, experience with all ages (Adult NP considered)

• Patient Population: All ages, predominantly chronic illness patients
