The Production Operator is the front-line employee responsible for executing the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to inputs, creating high-quality final products.
As a Production Operator, you will learn how to craft world-class cheese by assisting with pasteurization and cheesemaking processes.
This role involves various sub-classifications within the Operator job family, ranging from receiving and handling raw materials to packaging the final product.
Key responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, adhering to quality and sanitation standards, and prioritizing efficiency throughout the operation.

as a Production Operator on 3rd shift.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-reliant, and able to accurately work under limited supervision.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can troubleshoot mechanical problems, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to manufacturer specifications and directions.
