Position Overview:
As a Glazing Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of commercial glazing projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution.
Stakeholder Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
Team Development:
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven track record in project management within the commercial glazing industry.
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of storefront and curtainwall systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve challenges proactively.
Leadership Abilities:
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage resources efficiently, and drive project performance.
