Pete'sTire Barns was started by Peter A. Gerry in 1968 and has grown to one of thelargest independent tire dealerships in the country. Pete's currently operates22 full-service locations in New England, a state-of-the art DistributionCenter, 3 Bandag retread facilities, employs in excess of 300 people, andoperates a fleet of over 100 service and delivery vehicles. Today,approximately 90% of our business is in the commercial truck tire and relatedmarkets. Pete's serviceseverything from a wheelbarrow tire up to an earthmover tire.

Sign On Bonus: $500 at successful completion of 3 months, $1000 at a year!

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Associates degree in business or related field preferred
3+ years of progressive administrative experience required

Requirements:

Responsible for matching supplier credits with internal documents and processes accordingly
Answer a high volume of calls and emails
Handle various administrative tasks to include billing, sorting incoming and outgoing correspondence
Be first point of contact for customers
Schedule service on the road and in the shop
Assists stores in processing/acquiring documents
Provide administrative support to the Store Manager and Sales Representative as needed
Work with other office support staff and stores to resolve issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to self-schedule
Ability to prospect new business, form an action plan, and successfully execute it
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with usage of computers, smart phones, and tablets
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Physical Demands:
